I really loved this piece and the fact Terrance calling out some of the key foundational facets we clearly have work to do in extending our reach and protection to middle market segments: Hispanic, Asian, Native American. For me it all starts with simplicity of product construct, positioning it clearly with warmth and no nonsense jargons digitally to this segment as such they can relate to & understands, then soft hand off to quoting and closing. My fav takeaway “Meeting each person where they are and helping them feel supported, informed and empowered to protect what matters most is the kind of relationship we as an industry should strive to build”.
