Anytime a cashier offers me x% off my purchase at checkout, I immediately get excited 😃 and then as soon as they tell me, I "just" have to scan the QR code next to me, download an app and sign up for an account, they immediately lose me 😣 No thank you! Seeing a lot of complaints for Blinkit lately. I have uninstalled all quick delivery apps, because… (my personal opinion) 1. I hardly ordered 12 times in the last 3 months. Sometimes, when I was unwell or when there was some urgent need. So, they help when you are in dire need. And no one is always in dire need. 2. The quality of items shown on the apps vs the quality of items delivered - there is always a huge difference. Especially, for vegetables, I don’t prefer them. 3. They usually have no return policy, so not suitable for high value items or electronics. 4. The cost is higher because of convenience. Now convenience also comes at the cost of your laziness and in the end, a lazy person most likely is not health conscious. And that’s not really good especially when our lifestyle is sedentary largely in nature. 5. We are social animals. So, walking to the nearest super market or street vendors does not do any harm, instead, you get at least a walk and get to see and talk to some person. Moral of the story - 10 minute delivery is more of a luxury and not a necessity. It’s wise not to make it a part of our lifestyle.

Okay... to the people who were curious about my Mint Mobile experience... So far so good! The transition has been super easy so far! I do have a tablet (iPad) with cell service that doesn't seem to be able to add to my new family plan ... so if you have that, you might need to call for tech support or just run it separately like I'm doing at the moment... I don't yet see the urgency in running it in the family plan anyway. I'm seeing exact same service quality and so far no issues. Here's my affiliate link for YOU to get $15 renewal credit.... If you are paying more than $15-$30/month for your unlimited... it might be too much! Be sure to check the coverage map. They use the T-Mobile towers, which is great coverage in rural areas, pretty much everywhere from what I've seen. Do your research, but most of us are paying like $100/month for our phones... I have FOUR devices that I'm paying for each month, so I was paying $330/month... NOW, I'll be paying for AN ENTIRE YEARS COVERAGE in just TWO MONTHS! (I can pay quarterly or annually since I have 4 devices).... Can you imagine paying $180 for your entire year and then not having to mess with it again until the next year??
