It's not about something being true or false. It's about the lens we decide to look through. All the lenses we look through, all the things we think are true, we made a decision about it. We chose it. So we can choose to believe that everyone's doing their best all the time. No exceptions. This reminder shifts our focus from judgment to understanding, from criticism to compassion. Imagine me in the educator hustle, aiming for success no matter what. As a high-achiever, I chased validation through accomplishments. Yet, underneath, I sensed that I was not doing enough. During a tough phase, I delved into spiritual and self-growth exploration – and had an aha moment. I realized I'm not just defined by achievements or roles; there's a steady "Being" aspect within me, observing life without all the expectations. Blending this "Human" side molded by experiences with the constant "Being" presence was eye-opening. It brought me a sense of #wholeness and loosened the grip of #seekingvalidation. Today, I'm thrilled to share this approach with fellow high-achievers. "Human + Being You" isn't just theory; it's a practical way of living #authentically and #strong. Why does this matter? Life seemed to be a whirlwind of responsibilities and aspirations, leaving little room for introspection or to reflect on the fundamental question that shape our existence. When working with my clients I began to notice a common thread among them - their quest for #purpose. Many of them came to the realization that they weren't living the life they truly desired.
