How to Connect with EVERYONE in a Meeting (No Words Needed) If you’re often in meetings with groups and you want to increase connection… Make sure you’re rotating your eye contact. So that no one feels disconnected or left out. This is especially important for leaders. An easy way to do this is to look at one person for a full sentence. And then look at another person for the next sentence. In most situations, you’ll want to keep an even rotation. And make eye contact with everyone in the group. Note: there might be times you want to prioritize more eye contact with certain people. (The most influential people in the room or the decision makers) That’s a little bit more advanced. And if you’re on a video call, it’s easy to make eye contact with everyone in the group. By simply looking at your camera. Do you ever think about this type of thing? - P.S. I love this tip! I always recommend this on Zoom as well! We often stare at one spot on the screen, whereas intentionally looking at the camera (or at different parts of your screen to mimic looking at different people speaking) can be much more effective and engaging.

So true Ty Hoesgen ! Connecting with the audience is very crucial. It's the foremost thing to do while giving your presentation. You should ensure that no one feels uninvolved and disconnected. Eye contact is way more intimate than words will ever be. Thanks for sharing.
