UC Berkeley Executive Education’s Post

UC Berkeley Executive Education reposted this

"I couldn't be more excited for Berkeley's next decade and beyond. And what we will build together." –Chancellor Rich Lyons Rich Lyons has come a long way. First, he was a student, then an alum, and now UC Berkeley's 24th leader. As he assumes his new role, he reflects on the values and principles that serve as the foundation for what's to come.

Congrats - we were at CAL at the same time. My challenge for you in the intention of diversity of thought, is to embrace free speech at CAL for all voices who wish to speak and inform. We've been too long since the 1960's embraced free speech and the alumni from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90s are looking for a strong Chancellor to inspire contributions and involvement for the benefit of all. Cheers.
