Congratulations to #UHBauer Management & Leadership Associate Professor Dale Rude, who has been awarded the Peter J. Frost Mentoring Award from the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society. The award recognizes individuals not only as an outstanding teacher and scholar, but someone who imparts their gifts through mentoring of students. Rude, who has served as a faculty member at the University of Houston for more than 35 years is recognized in the college as founder of the “Millionaire’s Club” having produced more than 15 students who have gone on to accumulate $1 million or more after graduation.
