In step with International Tiara Day, always celebrated on Queen Victoria’s Birthday, I offer a favorite quote of hers I completely resonate with: “I know just how much I rely on my faith to guide me through the good times and the bad. Each day is a new beginning. I know that the only way to live my life is to try to do what is right, to take the long view, to give of my best in all that the day brings, and to put my trust in God!” #faithgoals #msachievementusa2024 #becausesmartisbeautiful #drworldproductions #InternationalTiaraDay #queenvictoriaday #queenvictorialegacy

Experiencing Favor; Today, I found myself deeply moved while reading the book of Esther in the Bible. Esther, a simple woman from a humble background, had no prestigious name or wealth to elevate her. Her only connection was her uncle, Mordecai, a mere gatekeeper at the palace. Yet, it was this same uncle who recognized her potential and dared her to compete for the position of queen. Much like Esther, I’ve often felt the weight of self-doubt, questioning whether I could achieve something beyond my circumstances. Esther likely accepted her uncle’s challenge not out of confidence, but perhaps to please him. Nevertheless, she embraced the opportunity, leading to extraordinary outcomes. This story reminds me of the importance of having someone who believes in us—someone who dares to mention our name in great offices or present us with incredible opportunities. Such people are rare and invaluable. As I reflected further, I recalled a story about three men given the challenge to marry a king’s daughter. They were tasked with swimming across a river full of crocodiles—an impossible feat for most. Yet, one man succeeded, not because of his own will, but because a competitor pushed him into the river. To his amazement, he made it across unharmed. Both of these scenarios illustrate that favor often involves being placed in challenging situations that ultimately reveal our unique strengths and capabilities. It’s a reminder that building a strong personal brand and seizing opportunities, even when they seem daunting, is essential. For a long time, I’ve prayed for my name to be mentioned in high places, and I’m thrilled to share that this has finally happened. Stay tuned for the details—I can’t wait to share more! #Inspiration #Favor #Nevergivingup #

Here's a breakdown of the different celebrations that typically make up an Indian wedding, like the one between Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant: * Pre-wedding events: These are a series of festivities leading up to the wedding ceremony. They can include engagement parties, sangeet (a musical ceremony), and mehendi (a henna ceremony). * Wedding ceremony: The main ceremony where the couple gets married according to their religious traditions. * Other celebrations: Additional events or receptions held after the wedding ceremony. Estimates suggest that the wedding festivities for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant cost around ₹5,000 crore, which is roughly $600 million. This included pre-wedding events, the wedding ceremony, and other celebrations.

Yes! This is why I'll stop a complete stranger and say "I love your shoes." I tell my employees, "Great Job!" or just plain, "Thank You" when I know they've had to dig deep to complete a task. I am compelled to give compliments and praises when deserved. Plus as a society, we are too quick to give out negatives comments and for some reason, those negative words last..... I feel like I'm in a fight to make positive words have life and out weight any negative talk. Example: What do you remember? Do you remember your boss's "Praises" or do you remember their "You need to Improve" comments? What comes to mind first? #seniorcare, #kindwords, #Bekind

“Never admire quietly. If I admire something about someone, I tell them. We humans are so fragile. It’s important we give people their flowers while they are still here. Never admire quietly” - Queen Chimamanda Adichie I thought this was a great quote to start the week with. Happy Monday all 😇 AA✨

This is Queen Mary's of Romania guest hall from the Cotroceni Museum of Bucharest( a must see if you're in the city!). On a personal level, it's the set of some insights and confirmations I had last week.We went there for a visit with the kids and the guide asked the audience( average age: 50s, the museum type of goers crowd): what do you think the Queen did for relaxation here? It was my 7 year old son who answered first, confidently suggesting massages. This sparkled a little debate in the group .The guide than dismissed his suggestion and next my son went quickly for bubble baths- at this point I was barely holding my 🤣. It was not that either, turns out the Queen liked entertaining guests, reading and aroma therapy. Why did my son made those assumptions? Because I enjoy massages and bubble baths, and he inferrred quickly the Queen might have, as well. Based on a very limited experience of what female relaxation looks like, he extended it to a famous figure of which he knew nothing of. His answers were not dismissed however, but were the basis of conversation for the other visitors. Besides getting to know my son's inferential abilities, the key takeaways/ confirmations for me were: 1. Confidence does not always equal knowledge 2. In an ambiguous context, where people do not know each other, it's not always the wisest or more knowledgeable who speaks first- might be the exact opposite 3. What the first person says is often taken into consideration and reflected upon- regardless of point 1. 4. Queen Mary and I do have some things in common- enjoyment of reading and aromatherapy. #lessons #socialpsychologyinaction

#MonaEbiza ain't your grandma's Mona Lisa. Forget the Louvre, this Mona's got a throne made of mozzarella sticks and a scepter shaped like a giant spoon. She's the queen of #CarbCouture, the #SnackSultan, the #FoodieFashionista with curves that would make Botticelli weep (and probably ask for seconds). Mona Ebiza is the show that'll have you snorting laughter and saying "hold my fries" faster than you can say "ricotta". Join her on a side-splitting escapade through a world where #SaladIsSoLastSeason, #PortionControl is a four-letter word, and #Cardio means running late for the dessert buffet. #MonaEbiza: It's not just a show, it's a lifestyle (and probably a cardio nightmare). Don't miss it! @ #AHhaLOLverse
