Uniland congratulates our managers who recently completed our UniLIFT leadership development program with Catapult: Dennis Steszewski, Noah Cliff, Jenna Frank, Jennifer O'Connell, Charlie Callahan, and Sean Flury! The graduates of this inaugural cohort were offered the opportunity to learn best practices in leadership through collective experiences and encouraged to directly apply these lessons cross-functionally and within their own teams. The program was led by Catapult's Tasha M. LeFevre, MAOL, ACC in partnership with Uniland Talent Operations Manager Amy Nicosia.
On Wednesday, Catapult, in partnership with Uniland Development, graduated six of its managers from the UniLIFT leadership development program. Over the course of the last 12 months, these individuals participated in formal classroom sessions, peer to peer learning assignments and individual one on one coaching which all culminated with an afternoon full of presentations on their individual and collective learning.
