To be fair to a democratic proposition, there is a significant difference between equal and equitable. The Western binary world view conflates the two which exacerbates their public perception of the latter and reduces their politics to the tribalism of tokenism, which is to be expected when one combines said world view with individuality. None of this helps further democracy when the end result is its so-called Diversity, Equity and Inclusion framework which is nothing more than a glorified checklist of superficiality over professional competency. Despite both the unresolved history of colonialism in Western territories outside of Europe and the racial discriminations and abuse felt by their Indigenous and racial minorities cum former slaves to this day, there is no gender difference at the highest levels of Western government when it comes to indifference for the Other and their Otherness. Nowhere is this more evident than in the United States where neither race nor gender makes a difference to their ranking officials' discrimination towards Indigenous Palestinians in the face of genocide by the asinine Israeli colony, to the point where Palestine is used as a derogatory phrase in presidential debates with zero pushback ...

The United Nations' statement on women in leadership positions is misleading and incomplete. It overlooks the quality of leadership and the impact women can have in various roles, perpetuating gender stereotypes and limiting their potential. In Islam, leadership is determined by merit, wisdom, and justice, not gender. Women have held significant leadership positions throughout history, and today, they continue to make valuable contributions in diverse fields. Rather than focusing on percentages and gender-specific portfolios, we should prioritize inclusive leadership that values diversity and promotes equality for all. Gender does not make the leader. God's wisdom rules. UN CITIES of the FUTURE Promoting cities of the future cannot achieve #GlobalGoals. The theory cannot be sustained in relation to what is causing problems the United Nations and World Economic Forum say they are fighting. No equality can exist in the employment system; it is lifelong bondage to pay for "affordable housing." Cities cannot protect people from famine when we lose our electric grid. We must have family gardens, fruit trees and food producing pets for food security. There will be no transportation, even for food. Clean water and sanitation in cities is vulnerable to various attacks, whether from loss of electricity or chemicals either can be from enemies. Sustainable waste solution is not possible when lives go from home to school or employment; women are lured into the workforce and quick foods are packed in plastics and paper that destroy our rivers and oceans and endanger wildlife. Recreating our world by manufacturing, creating new cement walkways and asphalt for new roads, and building more buildings all increase significantly to emissions, pollution and fuel use. There are no solutions in the United Nations plans for creating Cities of the Future.

Because only 0.001% women fight as frontline soldiers. You get to rule the lands you defend yourself.

The point for equality of opportunities is to assure that people go as far as their abilities, willingness and capacity take them,without any formal or informal barriers. I believe there is much to do at this starting level. There should be equality among men and women with same merit, but there is no reason for equality among those with different merit levels. We all, men and women, have different abilities, talents and dedication, so it's natural that results will be different. Democracies are morally and ethically responsible to guarantee the equality of opportunities, not the equality of results.
