College of Education, University of Memphis’ Post

Here's some amazing news to uplift your day! Over the past two summers, around thirty determined and motivated middle and high school students from Germantown and Collierville have come together to make a difference. Their goal? To raise money for the Regional Intervention Program (RIP), our early childhood intervention program for children six and under experiencing developmental disabilities. Through lemonade stands and yard sales, the group AYLUS Greater Memphis have managed to raise an impressive $3,500 for RIP. The money will be going to help build a new playground on RIP's grounds for the families who participate in this important program. We cannot thank them enough for their selflessness and unwavering dedication. Their actions truly show the power of #community and #generosity. Keep shining and making the world a better place, one small act at a time. Thank you for reminding us that we can all make a difference!
