This position will facilitate, enhance, and expand experiential education initiatives for the university, aligning them with the overarching goals and mission of the institution. This role will collaborate with faculty, staff and external partners to design, develop, and implement experiential learning programs that provide students with meaningful hands-on, real-world experiences relevant to their career goals. This position will work closely with academic units, departments, and other campus offices to integrate experiential learning opportunities seamlessly into the academic experience, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and program goals.This position is vital in promoting student success, enhancing their educational experience, and preparing them for meaningful and successful careers. The role contributes significantly to the institution’s mission of fostering holistic student development and progression towards graduation with positive career outcomes. Exciting Leadership Announcements in Student Health and Well-Being at University of South Carolina Student Affairs and Academic Support! 🎉 We are pleased to announce three key leadership appointments within Student Health and Well-Being (SHWB): Damian Bridges – Chief of Staff Damian has taken on the role of Chief of Staff, overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and partnerships. He brings extensive experience from Elevance Health and the USC School of Medicine. Amanda Castles – Director of Employee Well-Being Amanda has been promoted to Director of Employee Well-Being. She will lead wellness and health services for USC employees, enhancing their personal and professional well-being. Brittoni Reynolds – Director of Facilities and Events Management Brittoni will manage Student Health and Well-being facilities and events, promoting health and well-being across the university.
