Seems like retaliation to me. You had feeder drivers that could've handled this. Instead, you laid them off displacing their income potential and caused an environment where job security isn't so evident with this company.

How about you start treating your employees better?  How about you fix and replace out dated equipment?  That would be a story worth reading and it would make it look like your company actually cares about the health and safety of their employees.  As of now, this company is failing miserably.

Would love to see actual drivers already in the company being able to have these jobs instead of you laying people off and not utilizing part time employees.
