🚨 **#WirexRefundSaga Update: The Fight for Accountability and Fairness Continues** 🚨 Dear LinkedIn Community, I want to provide an update on our collective efforts to seek justice and fair treatment from Wirex Limited. Over the past few months, many of us have experienced significant challenges with Wirex, including unexplained account restrictions, disappearing funds, and insufficient customer support. Recently, Wirex has shifted its customer support to Reddit, a move that seems designed to manipulate public perception and silence our legitimate complaints. This tactic has only added to the frustration and financial distress faced by many users. Our primary issues remain: 1. **Account Suspensions**: Many users, including myself, have had accounts blocked without clear reasons, leaving funds inaccessible for extended periods. 2. **Disappearing Funds**: Instances of funds mysteriously vanishing from accounts with inadequate explanations from Wirex. 3. **Inadequate Support**: Customer support responses are often delayed or generic, failing to provide real solutions. Despite regulatory interventions, many of these issues remain unresolved. We are calling on Wirex to address these concerns transparently and promptly. I have reached out to industry experts, including Siegfried Eggert to bring these issues to light and seek their support in pressuring Wirex to resolve these problems. People tend to confuse ZK-KYC and Humanode’s tech - cryptobiometrics. Even in ZK-KYC, to get an encrypted credential, you have to give out data in plaintext to verify your legal identity.
