My number one hack for optimum productivity is allocating a singular time to get work done faster. I challenge myself by eliminating distractions and hyper-focusing for a period of time and getting more time in return. For instance, if I usually complete tasks in 4 hours, I'll push myself to get them done in 2 hours and then allocate the other 2 hours to more work or a hobby; that way, I'm getting so much more done in less time.

Upwork the "File an Appeal Now" button on your Upwork Trust & Safety page (here: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/25205969832083-Upwork-Trust-Safety) is broken. When I click on the button, it redirects me to the main Support page. I've seen many people posting about this in the Community and on other forums who have also had their account suspended with no warning or notification and cannot get any resolution from you. This is terrible business. How am I supposed to appeal if I can't access the form and I never received a suspension email?!

I always start the day by batching similar tasks together to tackle them in one go. Answering all my emails at once, make all my calls in a single session, and so on. This minimizes the load of switching contexts and make it easier for me to track progress.

Just close the job that are not hired, client won't see your email and close the job they are too busy to close the job but you can close the job like set a timer like one week after one week just close the job that are not hired by anyone
