Consider changing your name to the LOA, the Lack of Accountability agency. You all sat back and collect tax payer money, you engage in fraud, waste and abuse of tax payer dollars, you need further investigation.

15 billion.  Hmm each person w legit ss number could of received 45 dollars and other dollar could used on a stamp /piece of paper
