The Thriving Communities Network brings together federal agencies to coordinate place-based technical assistance (TA) and capacity-building resources for urban, rural, and Tribal communities experiencing a history of economic distress and systemic disinvestment. The Thriving Communities Network in the West needs to step up it's engagement with those people and communities that have historically experienced economic distress and systemic disinvestment. So far, BUPKES!
