Good morning ☀️ One of the most important things about catering an event is keeping each menu item at the correct temperature so that upon arrival to the venue, the food would look, taste and feel pleasant to eat. Items like veggies that have been prepared to be eaten hot can be extremely unpleasant when eaten cold. Sometimes the veggies are cold upon arrival as the caterer may not know how to handle veggies for a catering event. Salmon is another menu item that can be very tricky.
