“Coatings – Connections – Cocreations” – this theme perfectly summarizes my recent trip to Shanghai which was characterized by a strong team spirit. I got to experience the passion of our Shanghai team under this exact theme on the rooftop of Shanghai History Museum, meeting with leaders and talents from #BASFCoatings. I was truly impressed to see our Coatings team working tirelessly to cocreate value through our close connections across the globe. Standing on a foundation of history made it even more special to feel the joint excitement and determination. The following day, I visited the newly opened World Skills Museum in Shanghai.
