Waisting time with ideas that aren't efficient with PH design principles will end up consuming more time to adapt the old design to the newest one. Why it's better form the start? Using PHPP (toolkit) as a design tool in the process it's going to make you understand, influence and improve the design at a faster rate. You won't pay the architect extra for adapting the project to PH standards and you'll achive design phase completion as fast as possible.

Composable lambdas are so nice when implementing design systems in Compose. Opening “holes” to pass other components allows you to mix and match them with total freedom. It surely depends on how restrictive you want to be with your components though, but this approach makes daily work way easier for everyone imho.

Some of our ancient experienced clients will remember GRM stands for Ground Risk Management. That was fine until we started providing foundation and structural designs which also need risks managing. Thus, we are GRM Development Solutions and manage the ground, construction, and financial risks for as long as our clients require.   We start by assessing land proposed for development using phased ground investigation, or value engineering of existing reports by others. Next, we advise on how the ground and environment will affect the proposed development and what should be allowed for during land purchase. We provide budgetary foundation schedules or zoning plans, and strategy estimates for remedial works. Once the land is purchased, and there are firm layouts and engineering designs, our experience and multidisciplinary approach comes to the fore as we finesse designs to target those most cost-effective for our client. Where there is remnant risk, we can reduce it by verification investigation or suggest supervision. An example of the latter is when our inspectors supervise a dig & pour foundation in potentially unstable ground rather than having to adopt pricey piling.   Since 1995 our aim has been to guide our clients all the way through the development process, to maximise their profits, whilst managing safety and technical risks, and ensuring financial risks are within their comfort zone.
