The answer is both ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ ✅ Yes, because ➡️ Community manager needs break We all know community building and managing is. 24-hr job ➡️ Your core members can take over community for a day to function smoothly I have done this one day as I was overwhelmed. My top community members made the entire community lively ➡️ Your peers can take over Connect with your peers, internal team leads to spice it up with by doing quiz, interaction or any activity that will help them get to know members more This helps getting more people involved making it effortlessly a medium to collaborate. ❌ No, because ➡️ Doesn’t work in a long run Community manager is the voice of brand who knows what makes members interested, valued and engaged ➡️ It becomes a channel to promote Community managers keep right discussions going. They maintain the health of the community ➡️ There will be a disconnect Community managers are like the glue to the bond of brand and customers. If there is no community manager, there is a huge disconnect For a good community manager, empathy is their marketing language. Don’t miss working with them.
