4wMissing as always is discussion of the failure of the public plans that pay too little and concentrate together with worst paying employer-based plans from the weaker employers as found in 2621 counties forever Lowest in healthcare workforce. The very foundation of health Care finance is completely taken out as have been hundreds of hospitals and countless practices. The AMA is not going to act to support the diversion of 100 billion from those doing well to spread out where primary Care is half enough.
