It has been a pleasure collaborating with Principality Building Society on our research program to better support first-time buyers (FTBs) through their mortgage journey. By following the homebuying journeys of 40 FTBs over more than four months, we explored the highs, lows, joys and frustrations in real-time – ultimately helping stakeholders truly understand the FTB mindset and develop products that speak to their unmet needs.
