MOST IMPORTANT POSITION IN TENNIS SERVE! Loading, trophy, power positions – whatever you want to call it, make sure you get it right in your serve. An excellent way to check if you’ve loaded properly is by looking at your hip line. It should follow the line of your shoulders, not be parallel to the court. Tennis: Variation of speed and spin is better than just force. Sometimes we get too obsessed with power and we try to hit a ball harder and harder. When we should be varying the speed and spin. So try different shots. Use the slice, try top spin. Use the drop shot.
