Congratulations to Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine students Olivia Williamson, Valery Varela, Juliana Tom, Elizabeth Powell, and Christopher Minami (along with faculty mentor Jeff Norris, DVM, PhD) for their recent publication in Veterinary Evidence! First year students at the CVM create a knowledge summary as part of the Principles of Veterinary Scholarship course that I designed and course organize. They then have the option to submit their knowledge summary to Veterinary Evidence for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. The 2nd annual conference of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is taking place this weekend in Naples, FL, and both Dr. Laurie and Dr. Orenbuch are attending.
