With 2024 approaching fast, my members are starting to turn their attention to the year ahead. This involves setting goals for the whole year and then breaking them down in a series of 90-day goals.    These 90-day plans turn big challenging goals into manageable chunks which help our members remain focused and on track throughout the year.   Helping people achieve these (and, in conjunction with their TAB Board holding them politely but firmly to account) is one of the most important components of my “job”. I had big plans for August. Working on the business, some self-development and lots of beach time. Rest and refocus. Instead, I´ve spent the last two weeks battling a cold + tooth infection and dealing with an unexpected life events - so not much sleep either! Of course, because that´s life, constantly mocking your plans. So last week social media posts were the last thing on my to do list. I did work out, but not because of will-power, only because I had x2 sessions booked with my personal trainer already. To be honest, just doing those felt like a win last week! Which is exactly why I booked them in 10-week blocks - to mitigate life! I do the same with most things that are important to me. I do not rely on willpower. Being fairly new to regularly using Linkedin, ensuring I have no choice here is still a work in progress!! This too will pass, but in the mean time how do you ensure your commitment to the things that matter to you?

2x’ed your prices & signed on 2 clients in 24hrs that is what one of my clients did today! Are you next? She was at her edge & expanded into her future self. Here is what she did: 1. She decided. Sounds simple but she committed to what she said she would do & followed through. Her words matched her actions. She could have lowered her prices while speaking to both potential clients but she did not she stood in her power & proceed and kept the promise to herself about her pricing. 2. She asked for support. She felt unsure, nervous & her thoughts were getting in the way—her upper limit. So she leaned into coaching. I coached her yesterday & worked on what was getting in the way & we made a plan. There is always an ROI in coaching & mentorship you next level will be found in your next investment & in the way you lean into that support. 3. She detached. I asked her if both people said no would that be ok? She said yes. She wasn’t attached to the yes, she didn’t need the yes. She wasn’t needy, creepy or thirty for the yes. People can feel it if you are. Detach & watch what you create from that place—if you feel needy go & get those needs met somewhere else. How will you make moves & go to your edge today? The Profit Lifestyle Day 5/365 DOGMA from business coaches is the worst. NEVER do this. ALWAYS do that. NEVER run a Black Friday sale. ALWAYS do everything I say exactly how I say it. Listen, I get it… You're trying to be polarizing because it gets attention. But the world isn't full of absolutes. Everything is relative. There are always nuances and exceptions to the "rules". There are many routes to success. Business coaches with closed minds and dogmatic "cults" only hurt their own community. If someone claims to have all the data and all the answers… RUN. You are being lied to… and you are being sold. Embrace leaders and communities who welcome new ideas, change, and opposing ideas. I am always open to new ideas and better ways of doing things. That's why I'm in so many different masterminds and communities… And that's why our community is so amazing. I couldn't care less about being right… I just want you to win.
