If you feel limited in your confidence, love-life and wealth due to time in toxic relationships, here is the clarity, clearing, activation and support to break the curse and call in soul-fulfilling success and joy.
Wisdom Wednesdays: Considering the Seasons in our Lives: As I sit across from the marina, I am reminded of the seasons in our lives: not just Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring, but the other seasons that we experience. Here in South Coastal New Jersey, it's boating season. The boats are back in the water, people have left their lives behind, and many of them are here to party like rockstars. There is an underlying freedom- a permission- even a forgiveness in this season: they don't blame themselves for whatever takes place here. They follow the mantra: whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas (insert, "during boating season"). Observing this, taking it in, I realize that there are so many seasons in our own lives- many that we blame or judge ourselves for. But, what if you could simply embrace the season withut judgment? Consider times when you may have dived into a relationship, or situationship, or even gone to work for someone who treated you less than, who may have offered you the world but then just didn't show up, or who treated you badly. Now consider how much guilt or shame you induced for your choice to engage or to remain. But, what if you could acknowledge that this was just a season for you- a time in your life when your choices didn't quite match up with your values or your integrity? What if instead of judging yourself you could embrace the intensity of your heart, the hunger for more than what you've had, the urge to try something new? So many of us threw caution to the wind in our 20s: we stayed up all night, partied hearty and forgot to check the expiration date. We reveled in the moment and closed our eyes to the potential consequences. And, no matter how it turned out, the majority of us look back sheepishly and accept that, "we were in our 20s- we were stupid" - or really- just immature. As we age, we stop guilting ourselves for that immaturity. So, what it we could approach other seasons in our lives the same way? What if we could embrace the hungry, aching parts of ourselves that want only to experience MORE, to suck the marrow out of life, to have what others have, to serve, to uplevel... to simply follow what's in front of us, even when the data seems to point in any other direction??? What if we could stop judging and blaming ourselves and instead create space for our healthier selves to slide back into the driver's seat? I found a way to do that. I'd love to share it with you. Just DM me, and I'm happy to share what I learned along the way. The wisdom for today: consider the seasons that you've experienced and ask yourself if you're allowing yourself the grace to move through them. If not, it's time for a change. https://lnkd.in/g7ZKTSDR

Celebrate your Scars. While they are painful; they indicate that you have put yourself in situation that has caused growth. In the wild, animals often acquire scars from battles, either for territory, mating rights, or while hunting. These scars are not just wounds; they become part of the animal's history, showcasing their survival and resilience. A lion with scars is seen as an experienced and formidable leader, having survived numerous conflicts. These physical marks tell a story of survival, adaptability, and strength. Do not shy away from the pain you have endured. Embrace them. They are your badge of knowledge (for better or worse) that you can learn from. When it comes to learning, leveraging the wisdom of those ahead of you is critical. Seek out those battle-hardened lions and level up in ways you can't imagine. As Hormozi says; get the lessons without the scar. And never forget: you hold wisdom from your pains that those following in similar footsteps can learn from. Do not be shy to share. Guide them towards a prosperous life and in turn, welcome blessings into your own. Happy Friday Lions🦁
