In my journey as an educator working with neurodiverse youths, James 5:16 resonates deeply. The mutual openness and support it advises are keys to building resilience and emotional intelligence in our communities. Additionally, embracing the guidance in Galatians 5:16 can enrich our moral and ethical decisions – crucial elements for future leadership. Please accept my friendly advice: Don’t wait your turn, don’t wait to be tapped on the shoulder, don’t wait for others to notice your leadership potential, don’t think you are too young, don’t think you are too old, you don’t need advanced degrees, you don’t need to be an executive in order to apply.
