Seamless Strength: Mastering Fusion Welding for HDPE Pipes Fusion welding of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes is a reliable method for creating strong, leak-proof joints. The process involves heating the pipe ends using a specialized fusion machine until they reach a molten state. Once heated, the ends are pressed together, allowing the material to fuse as it cools. This technique ensures a homogeneous joint, maintaining the pipe's integrity and strength. Fusion welding is ideal for applications requiring high durability and performance, such as water and gas pipelines. Its advantages include resistance to corrosion and leaks, providing a long-lasting, maintenance-free solution for HDPE pipe installations. Please make the blue lines on the two pipes colinear. Place the blue line of the first pipe along the blue line of the second pipe. That looks much better in PE piping.

Très bon boulot mai juste une petite remarque les traits bleue devrait se suivre pour une bonne finition 🙏

Put the two pipes on the same level after that shaving the pipes to make the surface smooth and start heating 5 min after that remove the heater and start cooling 45 min The best underground service work ❤️

What is the strength of the welding to withstand pressure from 4 bar to 8 bar? HDPE pipe needs control and winding to reduce the pressure. We see from experience that the pipeline explodes in many places and cannot withstand pressure higher than 6 bar.
