Today the 15th of January is "Blue Monday", the most depressing day of the year. The British psychologist Cliff Anrall coined this term in 2005 where among others a combination of the cold/rainy weather, financial situation after the holidays, and failed new year's resolutions cause the most depressing day of the year. At Vink Recruitment & TAU Engineering we believe that "Blue Monday" isn't tied to a specific day, we understand that for any individual this can be on a different day. One of our core values is to maintain a healthy work-life balance, this is very important for us, which is why the Vink Recruitment team receives a "baaldag" that can be used freely every year to just have a bad day. No questions asked. PS. "Blue Monday" holds no scientific merit and is more a marketingtool than anything else. 😉

This year, Vink Recruitment celebrated its Christmas dinner at Restaurant GOUD. Their great food, fantastic service and spectacular ambiance made it a night to remember. OFFICE MANAGER & PERSONAL ASSISTANT Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega: Office Manager & Personal Assistant. In de rol van Office Manager & Personal Assistant bent je verantwoordelijk voor taken zoals het beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken, het bijhouden van kantoorbenodigdheden, het verwelkomen van bezoekers, het faciliteren van vergaderingen en het beheren van de inkomende en uitgaande post, regelen van reserveringen en andere voorbereidingen voor reizen en relocatie van kandidaten, up-to-date houden van contactlijsten (bijv. leveranciers)maandelijks opstellen van kostenrapporten, beheren van alle kantoor gerelateerde processen, agenda beheren en ondersteuning bieden aan twee directeuren. Voor deze functie zijn servicegerichte vaardigheden, proactiviteit, communicatieve vaardigheden, planning, organisatie en teamwork essentieel. Je hebt een MBO-opleidingsniveau en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Last week the team was strengthened by the start of Natasa Stevanic. Natasa will be supporting our clients the recruitment process for specialist positions in the energy industry.
