One of the milestones i have achieved in my HR Career! Internship Journey: 1st week Highlights My first week as an intern has been both exciting and rewarding! Here are some of the key moments: - Connecting with Industry Experts: I had the chance to identify and learn about various industry experts across different fields. It was fascinating to dive into their backgrounds, including their roles, companies, experience, and even their demographics. - Personalized Outreach: Spent a good amount of time crafting customized emails or personally calling to invite these experts to join our JECRC Internship Viva Session 24. It was a bit nerve-wracking but also quite thrilling! - Celebrating Responses: I was over the moon to receive positive responses from several experts. It’s such a great feeling to see your efforts pay off! - Mentorship Meetings: Had some really insightful meetings with our mentors. Their guidance and feedback are already proving to be invaluable. - Team Bonding: Enjoyed coffee breaks and socializing with the team. It's great to work in such a friendly and collaborative environment. - Inspirational Meeting with Leadership: Ended the week on a high note with a motivating meeting with our director, discussing our progress and plans moving forward. Looking forward to what the next weeks have in store!
