Vivek Bhaskaran’s Post

I learned something new yesterday from Puja Rios; 1. We all know (at least I think) first generation immigrants work their asses off. Yes - we are called FOB’s - “Fresh Off the Boat” ;) I pride myself in that - hey at least I rowed my ass off to reach the shore! 2. But - what Puja enlightened me - was that the kids of immigrants see their parents in action and get inspired by them! As she told her story, it all made sense to me! Thank you Puja for inspiring me! I don’t think there was a person in the the room that did not have their eyes mist - and all 160 of us were glued to your presentation! No checking email, no checking X (or Twitter or whatever the f’ it’s called now) - 100% attention on your talk! Please keep inspiring!!

The organization you have built Vivek Bhaskaran is awe inspiring. Thank you to you and Arti Pullins and the rest of the team for having me at such a stellar event!

Read through chapter 3 already (and that is with doing all the work). It means something to me and she is an inspiration. She does not suffer fools but she speaks with kindness! Thanks for having Puja give that last keynote for #xDay2023. Awesome.
