True Leadership is not about size, positions, or title. It's about empowering others to reach their full potential. Facing our fears is the key to unlocking our potential. As I watched this little child I realised we are not too young to lead! True leadership is all about teaching, problem-solving, and resilience. As leaders, we have a responsibility to mentor those around us. To show them the way, even when against fierce opposition. To guide them, even when they struggle. If you must reside with eagles in the sky, then you have to grow wings and learn to fly... No matter how difficult it may seem. Here's your reminder that there's no crown without a contest... Just the same way there can't be a champion without the existence of a challenge. Remember, when you conquer a mountain, you move to a higher level than where you currently are... So my question to you is this... Where would you rather be; At your current location or at an altitude that's way higher? As you may already know... Life won't gift you a crown; you must earn it.
