Exciting Job Opportunity at Volunteer UP Legal Clinic! We are expanding our scope of legal services and looking for a passionate Staff Attorney to join our team! As a Staff Attorney, you'll assist tenants facing eviction, helping stabilize individuals and families, and prevent homelessness. You'll be the primary legal liaison with court personnel in Vicinage XV, supported by our experienced Eviction Diversion Attorney and Managing Attorney. This full-time position partially works from home but will require in-person court appearances, meetings with clients and external stakeholders, and staff meetings.
