Every end is a new beginning. The future is circular.

As part of automotive industry, this is always our interesting topic to talk about: The future of mobility—a future that holds the potential to revolutionize the way we move, work, and live. Layman's terms in describing it : Cars are no longer served as mode of transport of getting from point A to point B, but are undergoing a remarkable transformation, fueled by technological advancements. The real example is Electric cars which driving a shift towards cleaner, greener, and more sustainable transportation systems. However, while progress has been made towards the adoption of EVs, there are still challenges and barriers that need to be addressed.

Electric vehicles are becoming more common in many types of transportation. However, electrification is definitely happening! In 2023, new electric vehicle sales grew a lot worldwide, and experts predict even more growth in 2024. In fact, by 2030, the demand for electric cars could increase sixfold, reaching 40 million cars per year. Car manufacturer Volvo Cars is leading the way by switching all their models to battery power by 2030. And it's not just cars – electrification is happening in trucks, buses, and even planes. Heart Aerospace, a start-up from Gothenburg, is developing a hybrid-electric plane, while companies like Stena Line are planning battery-powered ferries. Overall, the automotive and mobility sector is growing, with many opportunities for jobs and training! One example of our projects in this space is JUCR – providing fast and convenient access to all charging stations in Europe. New van registrations are also increasingly zero emission, as demand for new battery electric vehicles grew to 1,186 units in January, up 19.4% on the same month last year. As a result, some 60,517 new BEVs have joined Britain’s roads since 2018, with access to the Plug-in Van Grant helping businesses to reduce their carbon footprint and cut their carbon emissions.
