Last week, representatives from Wabtec Corporation, VLI Logística, and the Brazilian government gathered in Contagem to the celebrate the delivery of the first batch of #ES43BBi locomotives. The new locomotives increase VLI’s cargo transportation capacity on the Centro-Atlântica Railway (FCA). The event was attended by the Governor of Minas Gerais, the Mayor of Contagem, and representatives from the Ministry of Transportation and the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT). Speakers highlighted the importance of this investment for expanding rail capacity, boosting the national rail industry, and promoting sustainable logistics in #Brazil.
