Wyman Roberts Leadership Over the course of my career I have had many leaders, but none as influencial as Wyman. Wyman has an uncanny ability to see things before they happen. His financial understanding and business acumen is second to none. Wyman truly understands marketing, accounting, strategy, operations, analytics, and even technology. It’s seems that there is nothing Wyman hasn’t done or doesn’t truly understand in the business world. Wyman taught me the importance of staying focused, keeping things simple, being accountable, and taking ownership of mistakes and successes. He taught me to focus on the things that matter and not waste time on the small stuff. Wyman’s steady approach taught me that even in times of urgency and distress, true leaders remain calm and focused. Wyman is a great man, a great leader, a great father, and a great friend. I had the opportunity of hosting Wyman and his wife at a Kenny Chesney concert a few years back. He was such an unassuming gentleman and treated everyone with such courtesy and kindness. It was a pleasure serving Brinker International under his leadership.
