Choices after the disastrous #budget 1- Leave #Pakistan, if you have choice 2- Take salary in #cash 3- Don’t fully disclose all #assets in returns.These will eventually be taxed again even if you have built those by paying all #taxes 4- Never come in the #tax net, if you are still outside the net. 5- Try to join any of the #powerful groups that got #income tax exemptions today. If you cannot do 1 to 5, then your #home take #salary after payment of 50% income tax, 18% #sales tax, #FED will be just Rs25 out of Re100.

More people need to talk about it. Ruthless increase in tax for those who are already heavily taxed, and who actually are the real force behind whatever wealth is created in this country, can have devastating immediate impact. The decision makers need to understand that the benefits created by these actions will be short-lived while the devastation caused will not only outweigh the benefits but will also stick for much longer.

Wahaj Siraj You are very caring and a loving person indeed. You care about employees, neighbors, humans , animals and birds etc However, I believe in going with the flow and the journey of joy wherever it takes you and in this context I believe that the salaried class should face higher taxes and that obtaining jobs should be more challenging. This would encourage people to invest their skills and time into startups, their own businesses, and ventures, as well as the use of machines and AI. Eventually, many people are likely to lose their jobs, so this shift is inevitable.
