Wanji Walcott’s Post

I am so proud to share that today, Pinterest is releasing its 2024 ESG Impact Report, which gives color and comprehension to all of the inspiring work we are doing as part of our commitment to making our world a better place. A few highlights: • We have invested $20 Million with various Impact Partners to advance youth mental health and emotional wellbeing programs • In the last year, 100% of our global offices were powered by renewable electricity • Globally, 46% of Pinterest leaders are women • We are laser-focused on advancing inclusion and diversity both within our organization and on our platform, investing in critical initiatives like pay equity internally and body inclusivity externally Everyone at Pinterest is responsible for helping us build a more positive internet – And I want to thank my team for being the powerhouse behind this incredible report. So grateful for your continued leadership and advocacy in this space, particularly around inclusion and diversity. Leaders like you keep the right priorities crystal clear in an environment rife with anti-DEI sentiment and polarization. Thank you for being amazing! 🙏🏾🔥
