Exciting news - I’m pleased to introduce our launch of Multiverse's brand new Hiring Framework. 🎉 When I joined 18 months ago, one of the many things that was attractive about the opportunity to lead talent at Multiverse was that there was already a united hiring philosophy. I also knew that it would need to evolve as the business evolved and I would be a part of that journey. And here we are... Is this the right way to make talent management more objective & increase talent density in an organisation? For me, they all make sense (to a degree), except the 3rd point as it's based on the assumption that C-level knows better, a brave assumption in my view. Regardless of that, what I love is that their intentions are clear, in writing and openly communicated. If you don't like it, don't apply! 1. Enhanced structured assessments with cognitive testing (to add to data gathered from interviews) 2. Increasing our % of hires from internships 3. CEO and President/COO approval of all hires 4.
