How Fun... I am walking across the lobby of the Westin and I see myself on the Big Screen. Thank you Arbella Insurance Group for sponsoring my session at lunch today Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). I loved all the great feedback and discussion I had after the session. There is a gap between the knowing and the doing. Reset Moments help us to be more intentional to close that gap. After the session, someone came up to me and said this is a great way to promote more self-awareness. Yes.. and I shared with him a nugget from my new book that activates the 4 Levels of Awareness: Self Awareness – the ability to recognize and understand your emotions, motivations, and biases Situational Awareness – the ability to understand the context and dynamics of your current environment. Cultural Awareness – the ability to understand different personal and corporate cultural values, beliefs, and customs.   Stakeholder Awareness – understanding of the needs and expectations of different stakeholders, such as customers, employees, and shareholders. They have very high psychological safety – strong interpersonal respect – and a willingness to help each other solve important problems.
