Are you a school, university or other educational facility? Celebrate your graduates with trees! 🎓🌳 As graduation season started, consider gifting your students a baby tree as a meaningful symbol of their achievements. This powerful gesture symbolizes growth and resilience. 🌿 A tree not only serves as a lasting reminder of their hard work and the nurturing environment that helped them flourish, but also instills a sense of environmental stewardship and responsibility. As these trees grow, they'll continue to represent each graduate's journey and the solid foundation provided by their education. https://lnkd.in/emzuHD_S #giftatree #sustainablegifts #graduation #graduationgifts

Eric Hoffer reminds us that "In times of change, learners inherit the earth." And change, they say, is the only constant. As an international educator, I am constantly reminding myself that I need to prepare students for the world as it is and as it might soon be - not as it was. The word "evergreen" comes to mind. I try to identify those teaching approaches, materials, and principles which have not only withstood decades of change but which have thrived with the changing times. What are your your educational evergreens? I'd love to hear about your tried and tested methods that have stood the test of time. #EducationInnovation #InternationalEducation #Evergreen

Is Green the new Black? 🌿 With such climatic conditions and global warming It won’t be any harm to say that green is the new black. And why shouldn't it be? It can be seen across every industry. The green job sector is rapidly expanding across multiple industries, offering numerous growth opportunities. However, it also presents challenges that require continuous upskilling and adaptation. We need to keep pace with rapid technological advancements in sectors like renewable energy and electric vehicles. According to LinkedIn data, the demand for green skills has nearly doubled, with a 22.4% increase in jobs requiring at least one green skill. This clearly shows students who pursue green courses have an edge in securing green jobs. To prepare the next gen, educational institutions should revamp their curriculum. They need to Incorporate sustainability-focused courses on renewable energy and environmental management. It not only equips students with essential skills but also provides a deeper understanding of environmental responsibility. This rise of green careers surely reflects a positive shift toward environmental consciousness. As every industry embraces sustainability, individuals equipped with green skills will definitely play a crucial role in shaping a more eco-friendly future. P.S. Happy World Environment Day! 🌍 #environmentday #greenjobs #trends #ecofriendly #greencourse #admissions
