👨🏼💻Operational plans of a new product should be discussed prior to award,
during the kickoff,
at the start of production or operational period,
and recurring throughout the operation phase.
There will always be unknowns that can cause delays.
And usually there will be an over burden in tasks for each teammate.
When working to identify the problem within your operation,
you’re essentially finding the “why” of the inefficiency.
You’re now also allowing each team member to voice their concerns at the lowest working level.
Understanding the needs for this level is the most important data you need to create a solution that improves the process.
