But our support to the Armed Forces community goes beyond Armed Forces Day - through our values as a business, how we engage with our stakeholders, and how we provide meaningful and rewarding careers for those exiting active service; we’re proud supporters of the Armed Forces Community. Greater collaboration will deliver greater capability faster.

Transition stress and boundaries. The difference between how the armed forces/first responders operate and the civilian workplace. In the armed forces and first responders community you have a duty to yourself and others around you much more so than civilian counterparts. When leaving there is an adjustment period where it can be difficult to understand where the civilian colleague is coming from as they can say "I have finished, I am off home" this concept can be alien to the uniformed service leaver they can see it as being "Jack" and not completing the task.
