"Have the right people, do the right things, and do things right." These are my three rules for growth. This means inspiring, equipping, and motivating your people to go the extra mile on your priorities. It also means being deliberate about supporting (not supplanting) people with technology. I also observe them sustaining Singapore - in our evolving social compact and skills initiatives to name just two.🇸🇬 Long-term growth depends on how seriously we commit to doing right by our people. Can't agree more that technology should be used to increase our team member's productivity and not 'being deliberate about supporting (not supplanting) people with technology'. The final end user/buyer of the products and services isn't going to be an AI, but an actual living human being.
