Tech transfer for bio-polyester production with Shell! 🔬🧵 We are pleased to announce a technology transfer agreement with Shell Catalysts and Technologies to accelerate the commercialization of our Bio-2-Glycols technology. This new agreement brings together Shell’s research and development with our technology to offer the market a more efficient, bio-based polyester solution, allowing polyesters to be produced with a lower carbon footprint. Mono ethylene glycol is traditionally produced using fossil-based feedstock to make polyesters for packaging materials, such as plastic bottles and clothing apparel. Through this agreement, we are able to propose a bio-based solution that will contribute to the net-zero trajectory.
