The monopolistic practices of Apple in the Chinese market could act as a catalyst for a decline in its competitiveness, viewed from two perspectives. Firstly, the protective policies of China towards Apple might backfire, given that the Android system in China is backed by highly competitive enterprises such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, and vivo. If Apple continues to adhere to its monopolistic strategy with the App Store in pursuit of high profits, its market competitiveness will inevitably be weakened. Secondly, from a profit standpoint, Apple has reaped substantial profits through the App Store, but if it attempts to maintain this position through monopoly, it will similarly harm its competitiveness in the long run.
