𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Our Adult Inclusion Drive Assessment (AIDA) is a vital tool for evaluating the functional capacity and motivation of individuals with disabilities. AIDA dives deep by assessing motivation levels through collage making. This innovative approach provides valuable insights, guiding placement in the right Work and Employment Programme. Administered by skilled professionals familiar with disabilities and SWC programmes, AIDA ensures a precise match between drive level and programme fit. For young persons with disabilities, this means being placed in work environments where they are happy and doing what they love best. Let’s celebrate inclusivity and empowerment this Youth Month and beyond! Diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity have failed. Every human being have unique qualities, virtues and values. So are her/his capabilities, cognition, conscience, skills, knowledge preferences. So are every human being has unique ethnicities, culture, experiences. All these makes Diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity fake concepts. Actual agenda behind these and numerous others like gender equality, LGBTQ, Feminism, patriarchy etc. are exploitative and greedy concepts with nefarious agenda.

Quite simply, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is used to describe three values that many organizations today strive to embody to help meet the needs of people from all walks of life. Yes, companies may talk about it, yet do they have structures and policies in place to manage this. What about the 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, which is described as the perspectives of people with disabilities, whether apparent or not, being heard and accounted for? While we take conginissance of this, it good to note, some companies have taken strides and we can certainly gather inspiration from them in building a DEI strong culture. The starting will always be challenging, however what will you get you going is basically this. You may have seen Stand Out Socks on Dragons Den and they send out such a powerful message. Currently it is nearly impossible for people with learning difficulties to find work. My Step-Daughter is Autistic and works 3 days a week in a charity shop. She is never late, never off sick and always goes to work with a smile. She has a list of duties that she ticks off each day, a task she does with a smile, unyet she is unable to find paid work. In modern society the expectation at work is all about speed. How much work can be crammed into each day so the employer gets the most value. However as a customer, having someone who can spend more time with you and greet you with a smile leaves a lasting impression. It's time to rethink employment to be more inclusive, offer people with learning disabilities a role within your business and lead the way to transform lives! #disabilitysupport #autismsupport #inclusiveculture #changemakers #employmentopportunities #supportedemployment
In the UK, 1.5 million people face learning disabilities, with only 5.1% currently employed. Stand Out Socks is dedicated to expanding job opportunities for these individuals, working towards a more inclusive world, one pair of socks at a time 🧦 🌎. Meet Ross, Martha, and Oliver, and discover the significance of these opportunities in their own words. Follow our journey Stand Out Socks ✌️🧡🧦 #downsyndrome #learningdisabilityuk #inclusion #socialchange #socialimpact #equalopportunities

Transforming legal challenges into strategic opportunities while fostering a culture of integrity and inclusion
Closing out Disability Pride Month with this insight. Be sure to read the comments, too; there are great conversations about people-first vs. identity-first language, which some in various disabled communities prefer. My personal advice on that is: depending on the community, just ask a person their preference! In speaking with a Deaf or autistic individual, recognize that those in each community generally prefer identity-first, while folks in other disability communities are split. Individually, I prefer 'person with a disability/neurodivergence.'
