This is a really interesting and exciting development reported by Genomics England. Colorectal cancer is a major cause of death, and we are at the beginnings of uncovering the genetic basis of it. We already know that Lynch syndrome is a major risk factor for colorectal cancer, and so there is going to be more and more in this scientific avenue.
