It would greatly benefit individuals purchasing sectional title properties if they were educated about the STSMA and CSOS by the sales practitioner or conveyancer. For new sectional title owners, understanding the importance of their active involvement can be quite challenging. Owners with limited knowledge and high PQ often disrupt the governance of schemes through uninformed participation in AGMs and SGMs, leading to unresolved resolutions that can be detrimental to both the body corporate and the entire scheme.
