I am a big fan of Ed Mylett. I recently finished reading this book, The Power of One More, and I highly recommend it. There are so many great takeaways and I thought I would share a few: 1. 11 leadership principles – my favourite 3 are (1) listen and observe, (2) be generous with recognition, and (3) be authentic and humble. 2. Favourite quote - “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” Viktor E. Frankl 3. Habits - “the biggest separator in your life is not motivation or inspiration. It is the habits you create to get you through those days when you don’t really feel like doing the things you need to do to be successful”.
